Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern all surf lesson bookings made with Mai Surfing Bali ("we," "us," or "our"). By booking a lesson or package with us, you agree to the terms below.
 

1. Payment Options

Choose from Cash or Online payment.

  • For advance bookings, a deposit is required. We'll email you a secure payment link to pay online with any major credit card.

  • If you book a multi-session package, the total cost must be paid in full.

2. Session Length

Each session runs approximately 1.5 hours, depending on your strength and progress.
 

3. Booking

Please book at least 48 hours before your selected date to guarantee your spot.
 

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 5 or more days before the first lesson → full refund.

  • Cancellations made 3–4 days before → 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours → non-refundable.
     

5. Weather & Safety

🌊 If conditions are unsafe (weather or surf), we will reschedule your session or issue a full refund.
 

6. Rescheduling

📅 You may reschedule once, up to 1 month in advance, subject to availability and weather conditions. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before your session.
 

7. Assumption of Risk

Surfing is a physical activity that carries inherent risks, including but not limited to injury from waves, boards, marine life, or terrain. By booking a lesson, you confirm that you are physically fit to participate and voluntarily assume these risks. Our instructors will provide guidance and safety instructions, which must be followed at all times.
 

8. Equipment

Surfboards, leashes, and rash guards (where applicable) are provided as part of your session unless otherwise stated. Please treat all provided equipment with care; you may be responsible for the cost of repair or replacement in cases of misuse or negligence.
 

9. Health Disclosure

Please inform us in advance of any medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations that may affect your ability to safely participate in a lesson.
